Should you, for whatever reason, not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, in that case we invite you to check our policy regarding retours and refunds.

Below terms and conditions apply to all products you purchased with us.

The Dutch text will always be the legal basis. The English translation below is for your support only, and translated to the best of our knowledge.

Words that start with a capital have the below described definition. The definitions below have the same meaning, irrespective if they appear in singular or plural form.

In the framework of this return and Refund policy

Company (indicated as "the Company", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SE10, Krugerstraat 232, 2660 Hoboken, Antwerpen, Belgie.

Goods refer to products that are offered on this Service.

Orders mean a request from You to purchase Goods from us.

Service refers to this Website.

Website refers to the website from SE10 at www.SE10brewing.be.

U means the person that has access to this Service or uses this Service, or the company or other legal representations in whose name this person has access to this Service, or uses this Service, as applicable.

Your rights to cancel your order 

You have the right to cancel Your order within 14 days without any given reason.

The 14 days start from the moment the Goods have been delivered at the delivery address that is mentioned on the order (home address or collection point).

To exercise Your right for a retour, You need to inform us about Your decision with a clear statement. 

We will refund You, latest 14 days after acceptance of the returned Goods. We will use the same method of payment that You used for the Order. You won't owe us any costs for this refund.

Conditions for retours and refunds 

To make sure the goods can be returned, you have to make sure that:

  • The goods have been ordered within the last 14 days.
  • The goods are still in their original packaging. 

Below good cannot be returned: 

  • Delivery of Goods according Your specifications or Goods that were clearly personalised.
  • The delivery of Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, perish fast or of which the expiry date is near.
  • The delivery of Goods that are not suitable for return because of health reasons, and/or were not sealed after delivery.
  • Delivery of Goods that were irreversibly mixed with other goods after delivery.

 We keep the right to refuse at our own judgement the return of goods that do not comply with above return conditions.

Only regularly priced goods will be refunded. Sales items cannot be refunded. This excemption possible does not apply to You if this is not allowed by the applicable legislation.

Goods return 

You are responsible for all return shipment costs, except in case of defective goods, in which case we will refund you. All return shipments need to be sent to: SE10, Krugerstraat 232, 2660 Hoboken, Antwerpen, Belgie.

You are responsible for return shipment of the Goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods that were damaged or lost during the return shipment. For this reason we advise you to use track and trace and insure your return shipment.

We cannot give a restitution without proof of effective reception of the Goods or proof of received return shipment.
