A modern, boundary-pushing remix of the classic Belgian Tripel. This can is the result of a cross-continental brain meld with the creative minds from India’s Gorilla and Madwater Brewing, combining Belgian brewing tradition with ingredients rooted in Indian cuisine.   
Not added for novelty — each ingredient plays a role in the overall flavour and aroma profile.

  • 🍚 Poha rice — lightens the body and creates a clean, dry finish
  • 🌶️ Indian peppercorns — add a warm, spicy edge
  • 🍃 Kaffir lime leaves — bring bright citrus and aromatic lift

At approximately 8.5% ABV, it delivers a complex yet balanced profile with spicy, citrus, and aromatic notes, finished with a clean dryness.
